No, no. I happened to visit Himachal and J&K during last two summers.

And thanks. :)

I love the lighting in all these.. please tell me that it was all natural and you didn't have to play around with the camera settings and you didn't care what ISO film it was, and all you did was to look around for a comfortable place to stand/rest your a**e and press the big round button on the top.
Oh don't bother to reply, I know.

I don't like the light in most of these - it was either harsh sunlight or rainy and overcast most of the time. Not suitable for photography. Despite the film being daylight type, they didn't turn out all too well.

If you take a second look, you'll see that guy is screaming for a polarizer... won't you? (Decent 72mm polarizers are expensive. This whole friggin' photography business is friggin' expensive, dammit!)

Haider calls sometimes. I'll let him know - tell me which one you liked. :)

(...although it would be hard to keep one away from the other. We pulled their legs saying that Nurbu would ditch his girl to marry Haider. They are that together all the time.)

Very beautiful

I liked the first picture of wooden bridge. I so much wanted to go on those bridges. I hope I can do that when I go to Himachal next time. You seem to be traveling to much. How do you manage to get so many leaves? I envy you.

Thanks V. :) This was between jobs.

(So take this somewhat obvious tip from me: the next time you change jobs, take a long break. And make sure you've enough cash to sustain yourself. I wish I took a longer break between jobs. I could have traveled or chill out longer. But the money was very much needed.)
